The new GA-B001 line of Casio G-Shock watches features a new toughness-driven design and Smartphone Link functionality. This timepiece also delivers full functionality, with the ability to sync with your smartphone via Bluetooth(R) and access the dedicated app to utilize the functions you need. The watch's innovative construction includes two separate top and bottom bezel components that connect at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions, complemented by a meticulous attention to detail in the index markings and uniquely shaped LCD.
With a case size of 42.5 x 46 x 13.8 mm and a case and bezel material of carbon and resin, this shock-resistant G-Shock watch is built to withstand the rigors of everyday life. The black resin band provides a stylish and durable complement to the watch's bold red color scheme, taking you from the stylish urban streets to any adventure.
The GA-B001 is equipped with a range of features, including 200-meter water resistance, mobile link capability for wireless linking using Bluetooth(R), and a mineral glass crystal. The watch boasts a world time function with 38 time zones (38 cities + coordinated universal time), city code display, city name display, daylight saving on/off, auto summer time (DST) switching, and home city/world time city swapping.
In addition to the timekeeping functions, the GA-B001 offers a 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer, 5 daily alarms, and hourly time signal. The watch is equipped with a double LED light, featuring a super illuminator LED light for the face with selectable illumination duration (1.5 seconds or 3 seconds) and afterglow, as well as a super illuminator LED backlight for the digital display with the same selectable illumination duration and afterglow.
The GA-B001 also boasts a full auto-calendar up to the year 2099, a hand shift feature that moves the hands out of the way to provide an unobstructed view of the digital display contents, and the ability to swap between 12-hour and 24-hour formats and date/month display. The day of the week is displayed in six selectable languages.
The regular timekeeping functions include an analog display with 2 hands (hour and minute, with the minute hand moving every 20 seconds) and 1 dial (mode).
